In June 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Britax Child Safety, Inc. for allegedly deceptively marketing several models of its BOB strollers with a large front wheel – including the IRONMAN, Revolution, and Sport Utility Stroller D’Lux – as being high-quality, safe, reliable, and suitable for use while jogging and in rough terrain when, according to plaintiffs, the front wheel may detach unexpectedly due to a defect and cause injuries to people pushing the strollers and children riding in the strollers.
