October 2013: A federal judge denied Blue Diamond Growers’s motion to dismiss a class-action lawsuit filed against them in May 2012 for allegedly mislabeling products, including Blue Diamond’s Almond Breeze Chocolate Almond Milk. The complaint alleges the company labels products as “all natural” when they really contain unnatural ingredients and as containing “evaporated cane juice” when they really contain sugar or syrup.
