April 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Wise Foods for allegedly deceptively packaging bags of potato chips to make consumers believe they are getting more chips than they actually are. According to the complaint, the 7 oz. bag of Golden Original Potato Chips and the 6.75 oz. bag of Ridgies Sour Cream and Onion potato chips are 67% empty space.
