In November 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma for allegedly misleadingly marketing that their crib bumpers are safe accessories for baby cribs without adequately disclosing that baby crib bumpers are generally a health and safety risk to infants.
