April 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Blue Diamond Growers alleging that the front label of Almond Breeze Almondmilk Vanilla Yogurt Alternative misleadingly represents that the product contains “vanilla with other natural flavors” when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list shows that the product contains more “Natural Flavors” than vanilla extract. (Biegel et al v. Blue Diamond Growers, Case No. 20-cv-3032, S.D.N.Y.)
