In July 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against All In Credit Union for allegedly misleadingly representing that it only assesses overdraft fees if an account does not have enough money to cover a transaction when, according to the complaint, the credit union assesses overdraft fees on transactions that do not actually overdraw an account.
