When Food Delivery Comes with a Side of Junk Fees

In July 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against All In Credit Union for allegedly misleadingly representing that it only assesses overdraft fees if an account does not have enough money to cover a transaction when, according to the complaint, the credit union assesses overdraft fees on transactions that do not actually overdraw an account. (Watford et al v. All In Credit Union, Case No. 20-cv-461, M.D. Ala.)
