June 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Adore Me (an web-based lingerie company) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its VIP Membership and, as a result, charging customers without their express informed consent. (Miller et al v. AdoreMe, Inc., Case No. BC623043, Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles)
