In June 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against ACE American Insurance Company (a company that sells optional insurance coverage with car rentals at airports) for, among other things, allegedly deceptively advertising the cost of the insurance coverage by not disclosing certain additional fees, such as the Concession Recovery Fee.
