A class-action lawsuit was filed against Ford in March 2013 for claiming its 2013 Ford Fusion Hyrbid and 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid achieve a fuel economy rating of 47 miles per gallon when, in actuality, they don’t come close to this level of fuel efficiency.
