Fiji Imposter Car Wrap Scam
Car wrap scam has plenty of gas left in the tank.
A reader alerted us to a website called “Banners Broker,” which our reader claims sells fake online-advertising panels.
This one is a doozie. Banners Broker, according to its website, “is an online broker of ad space and traffic impressions.” They buy and sell ad space on websites. But customers have complained that the ads Banners Broker buys and sells aren’t even on real websites. Our reader says he bought “$1200 of advertising panels which turned out to be fraudulent.” And in March, Banners Broker was put into liquidation by an Isle of Man court “in the interest of justice.”
The banners aren’t the only thing that seem broke here. Think carefully before signing up with this one.
