Yeti Coolers
A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Mack’s Prairie Wings and Yeti Coolers in April 2015 (and amended in June 2016). The complaint alleges that the actual volume of the Yeti Coolers is less than the advertised volume. For example, the advertised volume of the YT45W model is 45 quarts when the actual volume is only 37.60 quarts. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in July 2016. (Moore et al v. Mack’s Sports Shop, LLLP d/b/a Mack’s Praire Wings, LLLP, and Yeti Coolers, LLC, Case No. 16-cv-540, E. D. AR.)
