Lawsuits throw the red flag on a number of DFS platforms.
Allegations: Misleadingly marketing yogurt as vanilla when the product contains flavoring ingredients that are not from the vanilla plant
Allegations: Misleadingly marketing that sodas are “made with aged vanilla”
Allegations: Falsely advertising that products are scar cream plus sunscreen when they do not contain the active ingredient in scar cream
Allegations: Misleadingly marketing products as coffee creamers when the ingredients list reveals that they do not contain a significant amount of cream or dairy ingredients
Allegations: Misleadingly marketing that the flavor comes from vanilla and “other natural flavors” without disclosing the yogurt contains an artificial flavoring ingredient
