A TINA.org investigation into The Princeton Review revealed that the company advertises – on its website and in email promotions – a guaranteed SAT score for consumers who enroll in its SAT prep course without properly disclosing the requirements that must be met for the company to honor its “guarantee.” The following are some examples of this deceptive marketing.
