Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Pfizer, the maker of Zoloft, claiming, among other things, that Pfizer marketed Zoloft to pregnant women and women of childbearing age despite knowing that pregnant women who take such antidepressants are six times more likely to have a child with birth defects.
