Xperience Fitness Monthly Gym Memberships
In January 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Xperience Fitness gym for, among other things, allegedly misrepresenting that the monthly price for Fit Memberships is $21.99 when, according to the plaintiffs, the gym actually charges significantly more each month. (Wesolowski et al v. Vertical Fitness Group, LLC d/b/a Xperience Fitness d/b/a Club 7776, Case No. 19-cv-120, E. WI.)
