September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Whirlpool for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its dishwashers are “high quality” and “No One Has Fewer Repairs 18 Years in a Row” when, according to plaintiffs, the dishwashers leak and damage cabinets, floors, and other property due to a defect.
