In April 2015, a federal judge granted final approval of a $10 million settlement of a class-action lawsuit against BrooksAmerica Mortgage Corp., Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp., WaMu Asset Acceptance Corp., Residential Funding Company, LLC.
