October 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Albion Laboratories for allegedly mislabeling Vitacost Chelated Magnesium and Nature’s Lab Magnesium Glycinate, magnesium supplements containing a blend of glycinate and oxide. According to the complaint, the company misleadingly labels the supplements because it does not list oxide as an ingredient on the product label, in violation of FDA regulations. (Holliday et al v.
