In September 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Visions Federal Credit Union for allegedly misleadingly representing that it charges only one insufficient funds fee on a single transaction when, according to plaintiffs, the credit union routinely charges multiple insufficient funds fees on a single transaction.
