Ultra Concentrated Garcinia

In September 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against BPI Sports for allegedly falsely marketing Ultra Concentrated Garcinia, an herbal supplement, as supporting appetite control and weight loss when, in reality, the supplement’s only active ingredient (Hydroxycitric Acid) does not provide such benefits. (Jaber et al v. BPI Sports, LLC; Image Sports, LLC; and Be Powerful, LLC, Case No. 16-cv-5355, N. D. CA.)
