April 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Tabatchnick Fine Foods for allegedly falsely marketing soups as being “ALL NATURAL” and “handcrafted … from the highest quality, natural ingredients” when they actually contain synthetic, artificial, and genetically-modified ingredients. (Ramsaran et al v. Tabatchnick Fine Foods Inc., Case No. 17-cv-60794, S. D. FL.)
