In August 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Annie’s, Inc. for allegedly deceptively advertising Summer Strawberry Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks as containing strawberries when, according to plaintiffs, the fruit snacks do not contain any strawberries at all. (Alvandi et al v. Annie’s, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-5691, C. D. CA.)
