A state court judge preliminarily approved a settlement agreement that would resolve a false advertising class-action lawsuit alleging that TourFactory does not adequately disclose the terms of its subscriptions for real estate photography and digital marketing services. A final fairness hearing is scheduled for June 15, 2018. (Warren et al v. Home Debut dba TourFactory, Case No. 17202214-9, Washington Superior Court – Spokane County)
