Adobe Settles DOJ Lawsuit over Deceptive Subscription Practices

May 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Liquid Web for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of subscriptions for its web hosting products resulting in consumers being charged without their consent.
