According to the complaint, the marketing deceptively represents that customers who purchase the Groupon deals will receive a credit to be used toward purchases on the Shutterfly website without adequately disclosing that the Groupon deal is a promotional code that cannot be combined with other sales or promotions, such as free shipping codes.
