SharkBite Push-To-Connect Connector Hoses
In April 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Reliance Worldwide and Home Depot for allegedly misleadingly representing that SharkBite Push-To-Connect Connector Hoses are reliable and easy to use when connecting the hot and cold water supplies to a water heater when, according to plaintiffs, the rubber lining in the hoses disintegrates and travels through plumbing systems during normal use due to a defect.
