A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against several owners and operators of California restaurants – including Cabo Cantina, The Sunset Trocadero Lounge, and Baja Beach Café – for allegedly failing to disclose on menus that customers are charged a service fee for each meal and drink purchased.
