Sensus System in Volvo XC90s

In November 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Volvo for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the Sensus system in Volvo XC90s would be compatible with Android Auto, an app that lets drivers use features on their Android smartphone, when, according to plaintiffs, the cars were not compatible with Android Auto. (Levine et al v. Volvo Cars of North America, LLC and Volvo Car USA, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-19821, D. NJ.)
