April 2020: This case was transferred from state court to federal court. (Case No. 20-cv-714, C.D. Cal.)

March 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Frito-Lay for allegedly failing to properly label Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream potato chips as “Artificially Flavored” on the front of the bags, in violation of California state law. Frito-Lay North America, Inc., Case No. 30-2020-01136526, California State Court – Orange County)
