February 2020: A federal judge granted final approval of a settlement agreement.

February 2017: A federal judge dismissed the claims against two of the defendants – Wyndham Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts – When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The judge denied Wyndham Worldwide Corporation’s and Wyndham Hotel Management’s (the other two defendants) motion to dismiss. To read the court’s decision to learn more, click here.

June 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Wyndham Worldwide for, among other things, allegedly misleadingly advertising room rates for hotels and resorts by not including the daily “resort fee” in the advertised price. (Luca et al v. Wyndham Worldwide Corp. et al, Case No. 16-cv-746, W. D. PA.)
