Allegations: Falsely advertising discounts off of artificially inflated reference prices and falsely marketing that the retailer matches competitors’ prices
In August 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nordstrom and HauteLook for allegedly falsely advertising Rolex watches. According to the complaint, the companies deceive consumers by:
