October 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Vogue International for allegedly falsely marketing the Proganix “Repair” line of shampoos, conditioners, and hair oil products as being capable of repairing damaged hair when, according to the complaint, none of the ingredients in the products provided the promised results. (McBride et al v. Vogue International LLC, Case No. 17-cv-7594, S. D. NY.)
