Pro Diver Watches
In November 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Invicta Watch Company of America for allegedly falsely representing Pro Diver Watches as water resistant, able to be submerged in water, and diving watches suitable to wear during water sports (such as scuba diving) when the watches are actually prone to leak during everyday water activities, such as swimming, hand washing, bathing, and rain. (Felice et al v. Invicta Watch Company of America, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-62772, S. D. FL.)
