The case was then transferred from state court to federal court and later voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed. August 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Primitive Survivors for allegedly failing to disclose that consumers who respond to “risk-free” or “free” offers – such as offers for a free headlamp for completing an online survey – will be automatically enrolled in the continuous service subscription program Survivors Club resulting in consumers being charged without their consent.
