TINA.org digs into shop’s purported Newport roots, and more.
In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Postmates (a food delivery app and website) for allegedly falsely advertising that its services deliver “Anything. Anytime. Anywhere.” when, according to plaintiffs, Postmates cannot make deliveries from certain restaurants because other delivery services have exclusive arrangements to make deliveries for them. Postmates, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-3899, S. D. NY.)
