June 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Post Foods, LLC for allegedly falsely marketing Shredded Wheat cereals – including Original Big Biscuit, Spoon Size Original, and Spoon-Size Wheat ‘n Bran– as “100% Natural” when, in reality, it contains the artificial chemical glyphosate. (Wu et al v. Post Foods, LLC and Post Holdings, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-3494, N. D. CA.)
