Allegations: Falsely marketing products as “100% Natural”
In September 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Polar Beverages Co. for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its Polar Seltzer beverages are “100% Natural” when, according to the complaint, the beverages contain up to 96% synthetic ingredients.
