April 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Omega Natural Science for allegedly deceptively offering an automatic monthly refill subscription for OmegaBrite Gelcap supplements without adequately disclosing the terms of the offer and cancellation policy. (Kissel et al v. Omega Natural Science, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 16-cv-2770, C.D. Cal.)
