Specifically, the complaint alleges that Country Life promotes Omega 3 Mood as supporting brain health, emotional health, and mood without having any clinical studies or medically-accepted evidence to support such claims. (Hoffman et al. v. Country Life, LLC, Case No. 13-cv-05565, D. NJ.).
