Old Charter 8-Year Aged Bourbon

In January 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Buffalo Trace Distillery, Old Charter Distillery, and Sazerac Company for allegedly misrepresenting that Old Charter is an 8-year aged bourbon when the bourbon is actually aged for “significantly less than 8 years.” (Penrose et al v.
