October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Mott’s for allegedly misleadingly marketing fruit snacks as being flavored with only natural ingredients when, according to plaintiffs, they contain artificial chemicals and flavors. (Morris et al v. Mott’s LLP, Case No. 18-cv-1799, C.D. Cal.)
