Allegations: Molekule air purifiers do not perform as advertised
In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Molekule for allegedly falsely marketing its Air brand purifiers as, among other things, able to remove indoor air pollutants, provide relief from allergies and asthma symptoms, and “destroy” the coronavirus when, according to plaintiffs, testing shows that such claims are not true. (Poznansky et al v. Molekule, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-3860, N.D. Cal.)
