That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Mentos® Sugar-Free Chewing Gum to make consumers believe that they are buying more gum than they actually are. According to the complaint, the container can hold 70 pieces of gum while it only contains only 50 pieces of gum. (Hu et al v. Perfetti Van Melle USA Inc., Case No. 15-cv-3742, E. D. NY.)
