The claims of the class members were dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
April 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Albion Laboratories, Inc., Designs for Health, Inc., and Seeking Health, LLC for allegedly falsely marketing Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate Buffered, a magnesium supplement that contains a blend of glycinate and oxide. According to the complaint, the companies fail to list magnesium oxide in the supplement facts panel on the label, in violation of the law. (Copeland et al v. Albion Laboratories, Inc.; Seeking Health, LLC; and Designs for Health, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-585, W. D. WA.)
