January 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Lucini Italia Company for allegedly falsely marketing various Lucini® vinaigrettes – including Delicate Cucumber & Shallot, Bold Parmesan & Garlic, and Tuscan Balsamic – as 100% Natural when they actually contain non-natural, chemically-processed ingredients. (Riedel et al v. Lucini Italia Company, Case No. 16-cv-169, E. D. NY.)
