Allegations: Falsely advertising products as made in the United States
In April 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Lowe’s for allegedly falsely advertising that customers would get “40%-60% off the lowest ticketed price” of items during a closure sale when, according to plaintiffs, customers didn’t always get the advertised discount. Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-645, C. D. CA.)
