Adobe Settles DOJ Lawsuit over Deceptive Subscription Practices

October 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Lifeway Foods, Inc. alleging that the company misbranded its food products by representing that they contained “evaporated cane juice” or “organic cane juice” when, according to plaintiffs, the products actually contained sugar.
