In January 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against National Beverage Corporation for allegedly marketing LaCroix sparkling waters as natural when, according to plaintiffs, the beverages actually contain synthetic ingredients. (Graham et al v. National Beverage Corp., Case No. 19-cv-873, S. D. NY.)
