December 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against King’s Hawaiian for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its Hawaiian Sweet Rolls are made in Hawaii when, according to the complaint, the product is made in California. (Galinsky et al v. King’s Hawaiian LLC, Case No. 20-cv-10931, S.D.N.Y.)
